This Privacy Policy explains how Tahdeeth, owned by شركة المورد العام للتجارة, collects, uses, stores, and protects information when visitors use our website and when enterprise customers use the Tahdeeth platform, including SaaS and on-premise deployments. By using the website or the platform, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

The public Tahdeeth website, including contact and sales inquiry pages. The Tahdeeth enterprise platform, dashboard, CLI, SDK, documentation, and related support services. SaaS deployments and customer-specific SaaS instances hosted on cloud infrastructure outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. On-premise deployments hosted within the customer environment, including private or air-gapped environments where applicable.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Website Visitor Information

Name, work email address, company name, and description of the inquiry submitted through website forms. IP address, browser information, device information, website usage data, and analytics information. Cookie and marketing analytics data as described in the Cookies section below.

2.2 Platform User Information

Name, email address, role, and account status. LDAP/Active Directory username where LDAP or AD integration is enabled by the customer. Audit logs, login history, IP address, and device/browser information. Role-based access control information and release activity records.

2.3 Mobile Application Telemetry Processed Through the SDK

Device model, operating system version, application version, bundle version, crash data, install/update status, and anonymous device ID. Tahdeeth does not intentionally collect source maps through the platform. Tahdeeth does not collect or process customer mobile application source code.

2.4 Customer Release Content

For SaaS deployments, Tahdeeth may store React Native bundles, application assets, and release metadata privately within the customer-specific instance. Tahdeeth does not view customer release content as part of normal operations. For on-premise deployments, such content remains within the customer-controlled environment unless the customer separately provides it to Tahdeeth for support purposes.

3. How We Use Information

To respond to sales, support, and product inquiries. To onboard enterprise customers and manage authorized platform users. To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Tahdeeth platform. To support authentication, authorization, RBAC, audit logging, troubleshooting, controlled rollout, crash-based rollback, and release governance features. To analyze website performance, marketing effectiveness, and user experience. To comply with contractual, security, financial, and legal obligations.

4. Deployment Models and Data Location

4.1 SaaS Deployment

Tahdeeth SaaS is hosted using multiple cloud providers and may be hosted outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Customer release content and platform data are stored privately within the applicable customer instance. The company does not access or view customer release content during normal operations.

4.2 On-Premise Deployment

For on-premise deployments, customer data, release bundles, assets, logs, and platform records remain within the customer environment. The customer is responsible for its own infrastructure, access controls, backup, network security, monitoring, and operational governance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Tahdeeth website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and marketing. These tools help us understand website traffic, improve content, measure campaign performance, and support business development. Users may control cookies through browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect website functionality.

6. Sharing of Information

Tahdeeth does not sell personal information. We may share information only as needed with authorized personnel, service providers acting on our behalf, cloud hosting providers used for SaaS, professional advisors, or where required by law, contract, or competent authority.

7. Security

Tahdeeth applies administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, and loss. These may include RBAC, audit logging, LDAP/AD integration, customer-specific SaaS instances, access controls, and operational security procedures. No system is completely secure, and customers must also maintain appropriate security practices within their own organization and infrastructure.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for managing their users, roles, permissions, approvals, and release governance. Customers are responsible for testing releases before production rollout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that OTA updates comply with Apple App Store, Google Play, and any applicable platform or regulatory requirements. Customers are responsible for obtaining any required notices or consents from their own mobile application users. Customers are responsible for the legality, safety, and security of code, bundles, assets, and content uploaded or distributed through Tahdeeth.

9. Data Retention

Tahdeeth retains information for as long as necessary to provide the services, respond to inquiries, comply with contractual or legal obligations, maintain audit records, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may differ depending on the deployment model, customer agreement, and operational requirements. For on-premise deployments, retention is primarily controlled by the customer.

10. User and Customer Requests

Requests relating to privacy, access, correction, deletion, or other data matters may be sent to support@tahdeeth.io. For enterprise platform users, Tahdeeth may direct the user to the relevant customer administrator where the customer controls the account or deployment environment.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Tahdeeth may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website or otherwise made available. Continued use of the website or platform after an update indicates acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
